We ordered two ravioli pastas which on the menu didn't state it had any meat and the option on the menu below was a ravioli with mince. When we got our pasta we realised it was filled with meat. When we told the waiter that there was meat inside the ravioli she started shouting at us and said 'do you know what ravioli is' after her shouting at us I said i will still pay for the ravioli but can i order a pizza instead as I am vegetarian so can not eat the ravioli. Only then did she stop shouting. When it came to paying the bill I handed my card to her and she said we can't pay by card as the machine is not working. If this was the case she should have informed us befire ordering the food as i did not have any cash. One of the the other waiters took us to a cash point to withdraw some cash, which was not working. After walking 15 mins in the dark we finally withdrew the cash and paid. Customer service does not exist in this...

Suddenly, in the evening, driving around the city in search of a place where we would like to have dinner, we drove through the center and saw a sign, we were met at the entrance by a friendly man who handed us a leaflet with a menu in Russian. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices and variety of dishes on the menu. The fish dish was delicious, the pasta carbonara took a little longer to cook, but this was due to the large number of guests in the cafe. Not really happy with food, all vegetables were overcooked,there was no spices or flavor, portions size was very small and service i think staffs should be more attentive on floor,all we could see only one girl was keep on running to all tables but guys were literally like an headless chickens,they were keep on bringing wrong food to wrong tables,not worth of coming there are better places, never coming back 👎 and forgot to mention people just smoking next to your table while you eating to a nice...
