If I could choose minus 5 stars I would.||||My wife and I probably should’ve turned around when the lady behind the counter had no idea what we talking about, I’m aware their English isn’t going to be that great but when your business is massages, pedicures, manicures, etc for tourists I’d like to think you would be able to understand some very simple requests. ||||Anyway.. they asked for upfront payment which I’m never really comfortable with but we paid anyway. My wife asked for a 30 min neck and shoulder massage and to have her toenail polish removed and a new coat applied. ||I asked for a pedicure and a 30 min foot massage.||||When the lady behind the counter took us downstairs for our treatment, we were greeted with who I assume was the owner sitting in one of the chairs eating his lunch. He promptly hopped up and left but left remnants from his lunch behind on the table between the two seats where we were supposed to sit. Terrible first impression.||||My wife’s neck massage lasted a total of 8-10 mins before her therapist left the room for 5 minutes. Only for a different therapist to return to sit down again and begin the toenail painting. She was about to apply the new paint straight over the old before my wife stopped her and asked for the current polish to be removed. She then turned to her colleague who was looking after me, giggled and rolled her eyes, then pulled out her phone and started doing something on that, completely ignoring the job at hand. After about 30 seconds I started to get quite frustrated and enquired what the hell was going on? Which was met with another stupid smile and no answers. All the while my ‘pedicure’ only consisted of my toenails being cut.. who pays for just this? And if I wanted other treatment done it was going to cost more money. ||||My wife left the room to speak to the lady behind the counter about it and then came back and joined me. I had a stern word to the therapist looking after me about the lack of service and respect being shown and she had no idea what I was talking about. The girls still had absolutely no idea what the hell they were doing and I could feel myself getting more frustrated so we got up and left.||||We went to the front counter and demanded our money back. We had paid 540,000.00 dong upfront for quite genuinely the most pathetic professional attempt at anything I’ve ever witnessed. After begrudgingly being offered 300,000 back and a bit of argy bargy we eventually left with 460,000 as I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. 80,000 to them for nothing.||||The story probably doesn’t even do the experience justice, it was just that bad.||||We had been to three other places in Nha Trang while we were here and they were all good.||||Absolutely deplorable. Avoid at all costs. I wouldn’t leave my pet rat in...
Read moreMy wife I had checked in Nha Trang Lodge for 3 weeks starting mid-August 2025. We enjoyed our sea facing small room with a single King Bed very much as we always did every time we had a chance to spend time here. We knew the hotel staff well and they knew us, especially the front desk.||It’s part of our renewed honeymoon and we always invited our daughter who lives in Nha Trang to come and have breakfast with us in the hotel several times a week. On the third week, we were waiting in a CROWD for an elevator to go up to the restaurant. We heard a loud voice coming from a VERY experienced staff member at the front desk, a distance away from us at the elevator – quote unquote: “WHO IS THIS WOMAN?”. My wife answered him in a low, polite voice and she really thought that he was just curious while she was wondering why he asked such the question in a loud manner from a far away distance like he did with an irritating, annoying and unsmiling face. Then the next question followed up from him, also in a loud voice – quote unquote: “IS SHE GOING TO SLEEP HERE TONIGHT?”. My wife was shocked but she said politely NO. He immediately turned around without saying a word and proceeded to do whatever he was doing before he asked those two questions. That was very RUDE and by that time it occurred to me that he was very casual in asking as if he was just ROUTINELY followed hotel instructions without getting proper training in how to treat or talk to guests in such sensitive questions, at the very least, not asking like a police questioning loud in public across the front desk to the elevator waiting area.||The treatments to hotel guests trump everything else as guests must be cordially treated with respect, and hotel staff should receive some trainings in...
Read moreAll I can say is DO NOT BOOK this hotel. You can find much better options and use your money better! I really regret choosing it.||CONS: |1. The door of the room does not lock. The card beeps when you want to open the door but actually it is a 'fake' beep as the door never locks. If you ask the reception about it all they will say is 'so sorry' and that's all. They do not care. And that's not only me but other people had the same issue as well. Basically anybody can enter your room and steal your belongings!!!!!!!||2. It is extremely noisy as there is construction noise all around, even AT NIGHT!! Forget sleeping.||3. The bathroom is simply horrible, old and the amenities so poor quality!||4. The air con is also noisy so you have 2 options: not sleeping because of the heat in the room (if you switch it off) and construction noise or not sleeping because of the air con and construction noise. ||5. The breakfast is poor ad well. The quality of the ingredients so low and very limited choise so you'd better go get something to eat outside. There's a nice Greek restaurant not too far.||PROS:||1. Location is Ok. ||2. I will never ever go there again. ||This hotel is worth no more than 2 stars but they still keep the 4 stars and...
