Lumiere Texas BBQ & Craft Beer - Nha Trang — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

Enticed by the craft beer and was sorely disappointed. We ordered a 6 beer tasting paddle and a large glass of the Triple IPA while the place was empty, it took the staff over 10mins to pour the beers and I was served 1 of my 6 tasters... just 1 - and it was one that I didn't order. The other beer was served in a glass that still had lipstick on it. The staff need training on how to pour beers properly or how to adjust tap lines as they overpoured the head and were seen scooping the head out, waiting for the foam to dissipate and then pour the flat beer back into the glass so the beers were mostly flat. Plenty of other options for craft beer like the Jelly Bar...

Not sure who rating this place. But wake up, here is a true overview.

One, I’ve been drinking craft beer for 25 years, and this is the first place to tell me the stuff floating in the bottom of their beer is Skin! Come on, do they just think we are clowns 🤦‍♂️

Second the head on the beer! They take three pulls to pull a half normal beer! This is not normal and management to know this is such waste! You are wasting a lot of money.

Lastly, the attitude here and service sucks. I’ve never met anywhere so bad. Everyone, and I’ve come 5x times for the craft beer and had issues...

This restaurant is a total waste of money. I'm a Texan and their food is an insult to Texas. We ordered a beef burger and chicken wings. The burger was awful, it sure didn't taste like beef. The texture of the beef was mushy. The wings were the same, not crispy at all and not much flavor. The only thing worth eating were the American wedges. They also don't have a restroom, you have to go next door at a shopping center on the second floor. I have to commend to staff though, they were very friendly and the service is very good. They just need to work on the food...
