Juliet Boutique Hotel Ven07 — Hotel in Phú Quốc

I still give 5 stars because of the staff's enthusiasm, but here are the details:

Pros: Staff's consultation: This was what I liked the most. The staff member was very enthusiastic—I asked a lot of questions, and she answered them all. I also asked her to buy me a ticket for The Kiss of the Sea show, and she helped me with that.

Location: Beautiful, near Bridge Kiss, close to photo spots and shows, so you can easily walk around.

Cons: Breakfast: According to the hotel, breakfast is at Hai Bột Noodle restaurant, about 50-60 meters away. When I got there, everything looked closed. When I returned to the hotel, they told me to go further inside. → Guests should be given clear directions from the start.

No hand soap: There was body wash and shampoo, but no hand soap.

Poor soundproofing: I could hear the elevator and other rooms opening and closing, which...

It was one of the worst experiences I have with a 'hotel'. The room in general is OK, but the aircon was crazily located IN a cabinet, making it ineffective in cooling the room. Even after 6 hours at full blast, you can sweat. Worst of all, this is NOT a hotel, period. It is worse than an airbnb. All numbers in agora and Google are not working, and we were unable to contact anyone.

The worst thing about this

The location offers a beautiful sunset view, but that is about it. It is still being developed, and there is nothing except a couple of restaurants in the area. It's definitely better to stay near...

I had such an amazing stay at Juliet Boutique Hotel, Phu Quoc! The hotel is clean, cozy, and has a lovely boutique charm. My room was very comfortable, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing stay.

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. Helped me book tickets for cable car ride and fireworks tickets, and even arranged scooter rental. It made exploring Phu Quoc so convenient and stress-free.
