I am extremely unhappy with the professionalism conducted by Mallans meats for a meat delivery to our catering commercial kitchen. The driver decided to take the order back because they couldn't access the building however Both Mission Australia and myself were in the building before the time of delivery. I would of expected a phone call from the delivery driver or owner especially because I needed the delivery to make food for a client that day. I've been going to Mallan's Bulk Meats for years usually buying a three month supply in bulk so I can access the 5kg price - which is usually significantly less than the shelf price. Their kievs, schnitzels, chicken breasts, sausages, bacon, 5 star mince (almost no fat at all), silverside, shoulder pork chops and lamb BBQ chops are always top quality and quite a bit less than the chain stores charge.
