I bought a boots and pants from the store at Queen Street in Brisbane. Ruby was an amazing assistant and advisor which size suits me better,colour etc.. I've decided to purchase both...pants and the boots. After trying the boots back home I felt I probably will feel more comfortable if I would get one size up. Called the store,and there was the best possible response on my problem. They have advised me to return the boots and they will order a size up for me with no postage costs...as I'm on Sunshine Coast. I've posted the boots back to the shop and have received an email they got them and the larger size ones are on their way to me. How amazing 👏. Absolutely professional customer service. One of the assistants was very helpful when I was picking a dress to wear to a wedding. When I went to make my purchase at the counter with a gift card (in store) another assistant at the register was really rude and said the gift card was purchased online so I could only purchase the dress online. I am a frequent buyer. The shop assistants in city store provides way better service than the James st shop. Most of the staffs in James street are rude and rascism. They ignored me for 9out 10 times when I visited the store. And they never really seem to wanna help me finding the most suitable item for me to purchase. Really bad experience there.
