★★★★★ A Must-Visit Market for the Whole Family!

Haig Park Village Market is an absolute gem! Whether you’re looking for fresh local produce, unique arts and crafts, or simply a fun and relaxing outing with the family, this market has it all. The atmosphere is vibrant, with friendly vendors, live music, and a fantastic community vibe.

The variety of handmade arts and crafts is impressive—perfect for finding one-of-a-kind gifts or treating yourself to something special. But the real highlight? The food! There are so many delicious options, but Little Vienna is an absolute must-try. Their Austrian sausages are a dream—authentic, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Haig Park Village Market. It’s the perfect way to spend a weekend morning, and you’ll leave with a full heart (and a full stomach!). Highly...

Fantastic market, definitely worth a visit, you will find fresh produce, breads, meats, salamis, eggs, honey a huge selection of sweets, artisans, fashion, jewellery etc, so much variety and such great quality. Go hungry as you will want to grab a bite from the many multicultural foods on offer! There is a section for locally handmade stalls, great quality items, I found beautifully designed candles and a botanical face cream! Lots for kids too.

There are picnic mats and tables, with a arts craft table for kiddies, face painting etc, we had a ball. Dogs were a plenty too, with treats and stalls for them as well. The coffee and breakfast foods were a must too, so head early :) The Stallholders were so friendly and I loved supporting them, even got some great tips too....

There are so many great markets in Canberra, and this is no exception! Haig Park Village Market takes place weekly, and is a really great selection of produce, flowers, prepared foods, crafts, and some gorgeous little food and coffee trucks selling food to order. Some lovely touches to this market, including rugs spread out on the grass for anyone to use; it's got a lovely community atmosphere.

Parking is easy; you probably won't find any in the very small lot right there by the park but there's a lot of easy parking in the side streets and few or no...

Lovely outdoor market predominantly geared towards food. Small and great for families with lovely large park surrounding the stalls. Lots of amazing stalls with sweet pastries & breads as well as smokey BBQed goodies. The coffee cart at the entrance from the main road is fantastic & Stephanie's Donuts are amazing. Super fluffy with cinnamon donuts hot & freshly made and the filled donuts being such a treat & absolutely stunning. My picks were the lemon meringue & creme brulee. Love the cannoli cart, honey & nut shoppe.
