I discovered Ugg Australia while searching for quality Australian made uggs to take with me on a ski trip to NZ. There were only a handful of stores in Perth and, of these, Ugg Autralia seemed to offer the best range of uggs that are actually attractive, non bulky, of a quality finish, and very reasonably priced.

Oz Australia is a listed Ugg Australia stockist and are coveniently located in Fremantle in the High Street Mall. I was served by a lovely girl, who seemed to be on a working holiday, and she was most helpful and had a good knowledge about the products. Excellent service by David. Brought my hubby a Akubra, R.M Williams boots and R.M. Williams dual jacket. He has always wanted an Akubra hat and R.M. Williams boots David knew his products very well and was an excellent sales person. He was very patient with my Hubby as he was unwell. Something else ticked off hubby's bucket list. Good range of products but the attitude of the sales woman on Australia Day was pathetic. The RM Williams polo shirt that I wanted to buy had an obvious stitching fault and I was trying to get another of the same size. She was dismissive and disinterested and she actually cut the loose thread even though the stitching was uneven (pretty unusual for an R M Williams product). I thought she was blunt and frankly bordering on rude. Maybe time for a career change.

I have subsequently been contacted by the owner and the fault has been acknowledged and the item has been returned to the manufacturer....
