ROBINA CAFE CHERRY BEANS*. I’ve never had such an appalling experience at a cafe! The lady at the counter got our order so wrong. We didn’t get the drinks I ordered for my kids, then after waiting for ages for a toasted sandwich to come out they got that wrong too. When I took it back the same lady behind the counter told me I can pay extra for what I originally ordered, I asked for my money back and she offered for me to have the wrong toasted sandwich that they had sent out in the first place instead of my money back! I have never been so angry with someone’s customer service until this day. This cafe has now taken my money and refused to give it back after she got my order wrong and asked me to spend more of my money with them. I would never go back there, I would never recommend anyone to go there and I hope the cafe lady reads this and looks at fixing her...
Read moreOrdered a cappucino and earl grey tea, the waitress brought out a skinny flat white and not earl grey tea (don;t know what the tea was but not earl grey). When I ordered the tea I said black tea as in no milk. The waitress informed my that they don't have black tea only what was on the menu (I had to explain to her that black tea was tea with no milk). When she delivered the wrong coffee I told her that I ordered a cappucino and she informed me that I did not and that she served what I ordered and that she would check what I ordered. Read moreI am writing to share my frustration regarding my visit on 29th October Thursday. I ordered an iced mocha, along with some food, and when I requested a stamp on my loyalty card, the staff refused, stating that cold coffee does not qualify.
I found this especially disappointing because my iced mocha cost over $10—more than many hot coffee options. I have visited many cafes with similar loyalty programs, and this is the first time I’ve encountered a refusal for ordering a cold coffee. Whether hot or cold, I believe the purchase should be treated the same since I’m still supporting the business.
