Motto Motto has always been a favourite & a quick tasty Japanese option. Upon Visiting the Robina restaurant, Olivia was so quick to greet my partner and myself as we were already drawn to the Ramen deal offered on Tuesday. Shout out to Olivia for helping us redeem this offer as it was a deal offered on the Motto Motto app that also included several great deals throughout the week.
With the Restaurant being almost at closing time I assumed we were the last order for the night which did not effect our meals being of highest quality. Which the staff should be proud about and hats off to them for being so consistent right through from open to close
We got ourselves ordered and took advantage of the Ramen deal which was prepared by Nicole and Eimi I assumed. By the way came out so quick. Ramen was rich and tasty. I opted for karaage chicken as the protein choice with the Ramen and I must say was karaage-ing and juicy servings. Noodles were Al Dente chefs kiss all round only negative is I wish there was more. Can also mention the Ice tea you recieve goes a very long way and is very deceiving for its cup size. All in all very good value for food. Definitely will return for the food but more so...
Read moreIf I could give half a star I would. Service is slow and all meals came out at seperate times so each person would start and finish their meal individually. When asked about the meal they had no idea that I had ordered a meal and then a staff member complained that they was a language barrier and they were confused as well.
I then decided I was going to get my money back and go elsewhere to which they tried to give my half my meal whilst I was standing up in line asking for my money back.
As I paid in card I was expecting to get the refund on my card as well but they tried to give me cash. I then asked for my money back on card to which they responded that they didn’t know how. I caved in and said cash is fine and then they tried to give me $15 back instead of $23.90.
Overall a horrible experience and it seems not a single person in this place has a clue what they are doing. I don’t understand how any has the patience...

I asked 3 separate people for an update on my ta order 15 minutes before the rest of my table and i kept getting brushed off until it was finally realised the chef had to scroll back to find.
