I bought a bracelet for my mum less than a two weeks ago, and before purchasing, I specifically asked the sales assistant if I could get a refund even if it was on sale, as I wasnât sure if it was the right one. She told me to take advantage of the promotion before it ended and assured me that I could get my money back if it wasnât suitable.
Today, I went back to the store to return it, only to be told by another staff member that I couldnât get a refund because the owner had changed. On top of that, I was told that if I wanted my money back, Iâd have to go all the way to Helensvale! This is absolutely ridiculousâI purchased it just a week ago at PACIFIC FAIR, and now Iâm expected to travel to a completely different location, even though I donât have a car?
This was the worst customer service experience, and I do not recommend this store. They mislead customers just to make a sale. If they knew this change was happening, why didnât they inform customers beforehand? Absolutely...

This lady (good thing I donât know her name) with short black hair came over to me and said very sharply to my face âyou need to check inâ. Not only was it rude she clearly didnât see my check in.
