Brodies Chicken & Burgers Ipswich — Restaurant in Ipswich City

I was thoroughly disappointed with my visit to Brodies Ipswich. Upon entering the store, there were three staff members present, two of whom were engaged in conversation with each other, and one sitting down on the phone. I waited at the counter for five minutes, growing increasingly frustrated before the gentleman finally finished his phone call.

From the moment I started ordering, I felt uneasy. The server’s limited English made it difficult to communicate my order, adding to the frustration. After placing my order, the staff went back to talking amongst themselves, which gave me the impression that customer service was not a priority.

The store itself was not much better. Despite the small space, it was cluttered with random items and rubbish, making it an unpleasant environment to be in. Once I finally received my microwaved chicken roll, I noticed that the staff sat down to enjoy their curry and roti while playing on their phones, which felt completely unprofessional.

Overall, my experience was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend Brodies Ipswich to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning. It's no surprise that this place...

Ordered 2 brodies burgers through uber eats and what arrived was 2 overcooked chicken burgers. I tried to call the store and there was no answer. So I drove down to the store as I am unable to eat hard over cooked chicken and found the store was already closed. There was a staff member out the front who when I asked about my order informed me that they had run out of beef. In the past when I have ordered through uber eats from other establishments like subway, when they haven't had the bread I ordered they picked up the phone and called me and asked what bread I would like instead. It is incredibly rude and terrible customer service to think that 2 over cooked chicken burgers are a suitable replacement just because its easy for you. I have had to place the burgers in the bin because they are inedible. I will no longer be going back to Brodies in Ipswich and I will never order uber eats through them again. I am not normally a person to leave a bad review but the lack of customer service received tonight is sad and worth warning others who are thinking about ordering them...

NEVER ORDER FROM BRODIES AT NORTH IPSWICH 4305 I ordered 3 boneless chicken chips and gravy a chicken roll and a wrap and two drinks came up to Nealy $70 the boneless chicken chips and gravy was disgusting chips were cold and over cooked and there was no gravy only on the tiny bit of chicken that was at bottom of container all three was the same the chicken roll was half soggy and half stale and I ordered the wrap with no tomato which it had tomato and I paid for cheese and bacon which it didn't have I rang to complain and talk to them and he hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone after that.
