Update; Response to Cafe 63 I walk not submit a feedback form or spend my time emailing you so that you have my email. This is you're feedback!
This is a tired mainstream cafe franchise. Biggest issues is that is tired and looks dirty like the floor with fluff and everything stuck to it. Walls all chipped and marked. Badly needs a refresh. The menu is vast but variations of a few things and extreemly difficult to read with ridiculous newspaper print, tacky and debilitating. POSITIVES: Large portions well prepared and very good prices making it affordable for families. I don't eat much meat so there are good salads and vegetarian options. My Barra beautifully cooked, thanks chefs! My friends happy with their battered fish & Chips. The service on a weekend is always young juniors so it's hit and miss. We did recieve really good service from the young bloke that served us, rockstar. But like all young staff its missing experience & personality that come from mature hospitality staff. Freezing in winter as they leave all the doors open so you may as well sit outside. Toilet was disgusting and dirty. ACCESS✅👨🏿🦼 It's very accessible with close disability parking all flat with champhered walkways for good access. Lots of space. NUERODIVERSE ⚠️😎 Bright lighting noisy and open so this it not the most friendly Autism or nuerodiverse space. Outside of peak times...
Read moreI don't usually go out of my way to leave a review. Today I feel the staff needed recognition for their efforts. The lady with the pink hair was almost running, seating customers, taking orders, ensuring people paid, deligating staff all while acknowledging those that had waited a while yet did all this with a smile on her face! It was busy, packed with very large groups, lots waiting for takeaways, probably the busiest I've ever seen it being a regurlar. The majority of the staff were quick to clean off tables and navigate through the busy time professionally. Food was still on point and my daughters favourite place still remains her favourite place. My daughters words (7 year old) was wow mum they are working so hard aren't they! Well done Cafe 63 having been in hospitality I know those feelings when your almost drowning being understaffed but you all held it together and collaborated very well, it didn't...
Read moreVery disappointed going to this Cafe 63.
This was our first and last visit to Riverlink after being regular patrons at a different Cafe 63 and loving those other ones.
Entree of garlic bread was BURNT. Very poor cooking there and no offer to correct when we mentioned it.
Bacon was also burned and excessively hard. Pancakes were more like pikelets, they were a lot smaller than the same meal ordered at a different Cafe 63.
Trying to get the attention of a waiter was ridiculous, they were often too busy chatting and laughing together with backs to the patrons.
Only reason they get 2 stars instead of one is that the drinks were good.
As someone who rarely can afford to go and enjoy a breakfast out, spending $51 on something that was not enjoyable was highly...
