my birthday was during the lockdown period in Melbourne so to celebrate, my partner order the Love Cake mix weeks in advance. he got no shipment detail. he gave couple of weeks (considering the delay in Aus Post) before following up. he got a text that said the parcel must have been lost and another package would be sent by express post. he asked for the tracking number but heard nothing back. that was the last communication. a few weeks later (way past my birthday!!!!), he got a notification that a refund was made to his account from the store. although a refund was made for a product that was never received, it's the lack of communication that is disappointing. we want to support small business, especially during this difficult time. sometime things are out of the store's control but at the minimum, communication is essential. it was a very poor...

I love this place - the owner is super helpful and you can buy quality organic staple foods or pick from pre-mixed muesli and soup packs, or my personal favorite which is to mix my own. I have fun making my own muesli with everything in there that I really like, and the snack mix currently on my desk has walnuts, roasted cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, currents, and dried cranberries and blueberries. The women who manages the store with brown hair gave me the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. No wonder the store is closing down... she wouldn’t put her phone down or acknowledge me the entire time I was in the store and after multiple questions I asked her about products I wanted to buy she struggled to answer because she was so occupied with her phone.....
