Very disappointing breakfast. We arrived at 10 and the place was quiet with only 2 tables seated and people waiting for takeaway orders. The person who took our order had no customer service skills. No hello, no what can I get you, nothing. Even when he gave the table near us their food, the lady requested something else and he stood there smiling at her still attempting to give her the food not understanding that they have made a mistake. To top it off that table was there long before us, got their food, finished their food and still had not received their coffees. Service was extremely bad here.

Our food came about 45 minutes later. We ordered the meat lover toastie and Sucuk gozleme yet they bought me the peri peri chicken one. We watched them pull out the correct one from the freezer yet we still had to wait a while for it. A lady said they got orders mixed up with another table yet it didn’t look like anyone else had ordered a gozleme too especially since it was quiet. Sadly the food tasted bad so all that waiting wasn’t even worth it. Food was bland and oily.

The only positives about this place was the fries, atmosphere and the orange juice. Quite sad as we love supporting small businesses especially Turkish places. Their menu also sounded really nice....

Most horrible service I have ever experienced! Most of the staff were so rude! Some of us received our plate almost 1 hr later, whilst others on my table received their food 30 mins before us. Others who came to the restaurant after us were seated, served and left before we even received our food. My order was sent back 3 time’s because of the mistakes they made. My sisters fish was cold and missing things. My cousins plate was missing key ingredients in her dish. My friend who also waited an hour for her plate found a strand of hair on her eggs and was too disgusted to continue eating. When we spoke to the staff and inquired about our food, we were met with rude and insolent responses. We were overcharged for things we didn’t receive in our initial order and were treated in a condescending manner by the owner of the store. The food was great but only after a 1 hr wait and the food being sent back twice until they finally got it right. I understand it was a busy period for them and can be overwhelming but we should not have been treated so poorly even if certain matter were out of their hands. Totally disappointing! Booked the outdoor area for a small event of 12 people weeks ahead and was told on the day that they couldn’t turn on the gas heaters as they were out of gas!! We froze outside!! They made a mistake with our orders and we waited so long for our meals. The staff not friendly at all. They forgot to serve our coffee and had to remind them twice!! Paid $599.60. They over charged me $23.00, contacted Emel and was told that they forgot to charge me cake service fee???So she would deduct $20 from that. In all correspondences via email, that was never mentioned. I wasn’t after the $23.00 but was so annoyed and felt totally ripped off.I’m still waiting on the $3.00, but she can keep that!!Emel had the audacity to tell me that they weren’t impressed with the confetti of only one balloon that was accidentally popped.
