Good course but terrible communication. I did all their online and in-person courses, I was given a note of completion for the in person course, later to find out that I had failed it (also got 100% on the regular test), I had found out that I hadn’t passed when I called to see why I hadn’t got an email of accreditation. I admit I wasn’t in a good state on the day of the course, but despite the mistakes they have ande they still want me to pay in full for another class. There was no feedback given in email or on the website, I am very disappointed. If I could have just had another chance to do the course I wouldn’t be sending out...

I love the way Phoenix, Atiyha, Bec teach/coach us. I went in to the sessions being so nervous and scared but these wonderfully beautiful ladies got rid of all the fear and nervousness I had. I gained a lot of knowledge and skills. Other than just drinking coffee now I officially know how to make coffee and learned bunch of information regarding it that I have never heard or knew about. There is an online learning component & assessment for coffee making. The instructor was clear, patient, friendly.
