First things first, Flinders St station, is a historical Building in arguably the center of Melbournes CBD, provides all the services a major train station should, disabled acsess, info desks. Place is as safe as anywhere. Shame there is a need for the bollards placed around the access points... Place is being remodeled and should look...

A 45 minute wait on a Saturday night on the opening weekend of the biggest sport in Australia and also the qualifying of formula 1.

Can I please get a refund on my wasted tax dollars?

Of course not. Everything in this state has been sold to private corporations at the detriment to the public.
