when we first entered the restaurant,, we expected an authentic real indian food however we were disappointed because it was not worth the dollars we spent. the lamb rogan josh tasted like soup that was out of a can and warmed up. the consistency of the lamb rogan josh was extremely runny and was like a watered down curry. butter chicken was really sour and sweet. overall, we were disappointed because it was our first meal in melbourne and we expected better because of how authentic the shop looked. 👎 thank you for understanding i hope some improvements will be done.
edited: you asked for proof of order, this is the main dishes we had ordered: lamb rogan josh and butter chicken. obviously i am not faking my words. you are being too defensive and immature when we are giving you an honest review, which you should use to improve your business. don't just assume that i am "fake". you should appreciate that we take the time to give you a review to help improve your business. there is no reason for us to be jealous we were simply tourists looking for good food. sat sri akal 🙏
edited 2: i appreciate that you acknowledge your actions. my ID on here doesnt matter obviously we are actual people who dined in your restaurant. you cannot assume every 1 star review is a fake review thats very ignorant. first you say you didn't serve anyone the items i described but now you can remember the exact amount we ate because apparently you took a picture?? there is nothing that makes sense there. we almost finished the food because we are people who appreciate and not waste food. i am done wasting my time explaining common sense....
Read moreFILTHY FOOD/MESSY TABLES/NO CLEANING- LEFTOVER FOOD- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -Please read full before ordering. I woulD rate BIG BIG BIG ZERO to their customer service. uff!! Pathetic experience. I mean over pricy is okay, but how they deal with you , matters alot. And please check their extra curry charges as they put very little curry to your plate for which you have to ask for extra curry. Which costs you more than actual. And girls or manager was GENIUS , as they dont know how to serve customer. Poor poor. And you didn't change anything because of us. You gave us LEFTOVERS. You said Yes you have that Channa Bhatura in dinner, which was the left over from breakfast. This how DESI ADDA serves. 🤣🤣😂 You got trap in your saying. And if we shouted , check your camera babe. 😂😂😂 Who shouted to whom. And make sure to put ATLEAST A BOWL OF CURRY IN THE MAINS MENU INSTEAD OF TWO SPOONS😬😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 AND WHICH LEADS TO CUSTOMER TO BUY EXTRA CURRY FOR MAIN FOOD. RIP OFF MONEY... I looked at your review, same as mine. CHARGING EXTRA 🤣🤣 you girls are amazing ... BIG BIG ZERO. SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERSSSSS. WITH FULL PLATE.. NOT WITH LITTLE CURRY (2SPOONS) .. 🤬 The same Indian Mentality to rip customer/Greedy dogs. FOR YOUR INFORMATION- I NEVER CHANGED MY ORDER, YOU BETTER ASK YOUR GIRLS. Worst experience in Melbourne. We regret going there. Their dealing is Pathetic. Last but not the least-your tables were soo sticky, even after I requested for cleaning, it was still...
