We had a very unpleasant and very sad experience with Booking Platform and 4 Stars Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart Tasmania on 28 October 2025.
(1st Issue🌟) The service company type my Gender, Surname and my Name wrongly. so our family couldn’t check in Hotel at night whatever we provided all the personal ID , we waited in the hotel reception one and half hours ☹️ they didn’t reply any message to explain and said sorry to us over 48 hours until now . (2nd issue🌟) The Hotel Door Card system was so bad 👎after checked in we couldn’t open our bedroom door, we need run back to reception reset Door Cards. (3rd issue🌟) There is no Shower Cap and Manual Shower Head in the shower room, which makes customers have to blow dry their hair every time when they take a shower.👎 Wasting our time again and again. (4th issue🌟) Before checked out of hotel earlier in the morning after breakfast we couldn’t open the door again, we were very urgent to pick up all luggage🧳 It wasted too much our time to reset the door card , it’s really so bad service. Read moreService was really bad. I used their service for my Japan Visa application. I came to the counter (at the very left when you enter the door). When I handed the paperwork, the lady was giving me attitude and I think her attention to detail was really bad. she does not qualified in checking documents. Such as, when she’s checking my bank statement, she said “no bank statement just transaction”. Which i don’t get it, the bank statement i gave has all bank-transactions there. She did not check documents properly and i think she did not understand what information required in order for apply a visa. I’ve been providing documents most of my life when I want to travel to certain countries, so it’s not my first time and I know what to do. Then, I ended went to the other counter whereas the other lady still quite helpful and nice (her name is Cindy). the 2 ladies at the counter were really bad except cindy. They were very rude did not smile and was not very helpful AT ALL.
