Extremely poor communication and lack of professionalism from property managers Hema and Vishal.

Due to a lack of clear communication regarding utility setup at the start of the lease, we were billed for an electrician fee — an issue that could have been entirely avoided with proper guidance and support. We were told over the phone that the fee would be waived, only for that to be denied later because “there was no email confirmation.”

We made multiple attempts to communicate with Hema to resolve this issue and address the ongoing communication gap — sending several emails and follow-ups — yet our concerns were repeatedly dismissed or ignored. No sign of willingness to engage constructively.
