The consistency in quality and service is what keeps me coming back time after time. Highly recommend for anyone who values top-grade meat and friendly, knowledgeable service. Don't usually do Google reviews but I am really offended by the scathing 1 star review below and had to give my experience to date purchasing from this butcher. I live the other side of town and have been travelling kms for over 5 years just because this butcher has the best quality and selection I've found and I've done everything from organic meats in South Melbourne to local butchers that have been around for generations. Paul (The owner) is always patient and helpful with advise. The Wagyu selection is wonderful and it goes all the way down to plain BBQ sausages that are better than any other. The packaging always ensures freshness, they offer Cryovacing services at no extra charge which is why I'm so stunned by that crazy review. Complimentary freezer bags ensures every purchase is sold with as much protection as possible. I suspect they went shopping for hours and left the bag unrefrigerated for a very long time for that to happen. I have recently discovered they deliver which makes my life very easy. Neil’s meats is my favourite butcher in Melb! The roasts, EYE FILLET, sausages, burgers, everything is heaven! I used to go every week or fortnight but now living across town with a baby and toddler it’s a littler harder to get to! The staff have always been so lovely and honestly just love this place. But I’m dying for neils meats but to order online delivery fee is veryyyy high. Would love if delivery was more attainable, free delivery if hit a certain spend amount? I understand delivering meat harder logistics but help a girl out - I’m having withdrawals from good meat. Highly...
