During our recent trip to Australia, we explored a nearby town called Niddrie, located close to Melbourne Airport. While doing some last-minute shopping at the Woolworths supermarket, we stumbled upon a lovely eatery — Chi Chi Vietnamese Restaurant — right next door.

From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed. The gentleman who served us was incredibly patient and friendly, taking the time to explain the menu and answer our questions. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted truly authentic — a real highlight of our day!

What really left a lasting impression, though, was the kindness of the staff. After we had left the restaurant, one of the team members actually ran out to find us and return a sling bag that my mum had accidentally left behind. We were genuinely touched by this thoughtful gesture.

If you’re ever hungry come to Chi chi’s, the smells of the food were irresistible, and I couldn’t help but drool, the plate of prawn fried rice made me shiver with anticipation! Was I going to like this meal? Or was this something I would live to regret… I grab my fork firmly and take a bite, My taste buds lit up as the food hit my tongue, I was biting into pure perfection! The flavours were indescribable… but in the best way possible, seriously an experience you have to try for yourself. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was like none other.
