Subway Sauna in Melbourne is a massive disappointment. The management clearly stopped caring a long time ago, and it shows. From outdated facilities to poor service, this place feels stuck in the past—and not in a good way. The adult content they play looks like it’s from the early '90s, and they haven’t upgraded a thing. The TVs? Not even HD. The one in the spa is so ridiculous—it still has the energy efficiency stickers on the screen, and they’ve locked it behind glass. Just an example of how they don't care about the experience of anyone.

They charge $30 for entry, but it’s obvious none of that money goes into improving the place. Everything feels neglected, dirty, and completely uninspiring. The clientele is nearly nonexistent; show up on a Tuesday night, and you’ll be lucky to see two or three people there. It’s honestly a waste of time and money.

To top it off, they seem to have a habit of banning customers, which only drives more people away. It’s clear they’re not interested in providing a good experience, just taking your money. Save yourself the hassle and just use Sniffies—it’s a far better option than wasting time and money at...

I am very sorry if I’m the first person to review badly like this or to do a bad compliment to this place, I was following this problem for 2 years but today 28/05/2024 from 4:30pm to 8:00pm it was too much for me, who is the manager of this place?? Because the staff here they do what they want to customers, they talk to customers arrogantly and disrespectful, I’m not sure if they do that to me because of my colour then if it’s like that, they are in a wrong country,the manager have a big job to wake them up and train the staff to know that they are in Australia and they are working for Australian and the visitors of Australia, tell them that Australia is fighting to kick out racism and discrimination from the country. Again they have to know that not all people who come to this place they come for fun, not like that, others we come for relaxation due to our mental health, stress and depression. Subway Sauna: Unknown Year established. ? 20 years old. To enter into the facility it is required to Provide Car License, Proof of Age Card or passport. Your identification is scanned into a computer and a photo of yourself is taken at the door no hats or glasses are allowed during this process. You are then provided a key to a locker where their is a towel . There are USB connecting to recharge your mobile phone. Free Wi-Fi. Security Cameras are located at the entrance and within common areas such as the smokers lounge and other spaces. Information is recorded, screens found through out difference location at the facility.There are two private rooms that can be hired. There is a large Jacuzzi with a camera to ensure safety of the patrons. The Mirror Room in the Left side of the cubicles is no longer accessible.
