Will's Batch Ice Cream — Local services in Melbourne

Real shame customer service isn't no.1 priority in this place anymore! I specially came to you yesterday to get 2 liters of ice cream (could have and should have gone anywhere else, even to coles). The lady who served me seemed very grumpy (and so was the other lady, who told another customer in a very impolite way that they do not serve iced coffee- I'd suggest you'll take it off the menu behind you then, and maybe consider apologise to your customer rather than making her feel bad for daring to order). When I asked for a certain flavor, I was told it's a limited editions and she cannot give it to me (for the price of $44 for two tubs, apparently I'm clasiffied as unworthy of the special limited editions)... I should have just left it there and leave. The whole experience has left me with a very bitter taste and I will not go there again! What kind of a business are you running? I get that some days you may not be too happy, but don't take it on your customers and shouldn't a customer get what they want and paying for, especially in an ice cream shop?! Unfortunately for you, you have lost more than one...

I arrived here while they were almost done for the day, but was still welcome in with a smile. To avoid being that annoying customer, I quickly made my choice - black sesame, and a double espresso with nuts. Loved the flavours, both very pronounced and bold. The addition of black sesame seeds in the former and nuts in the latter, made it even better in terms of mouthfeel. Consistency-wise, could be a bit more creamier but nevertheless, smooth enough.

A variety of flavours are on offer, and there's also ice cream sandwich, sundaes and milkshakes too. A great pit stop before or after shopping at...

This is my favourite icecream store! They have every flavour you could imagine and it tastes so much better than any you have had before! The secret is that it's handmade in small batches making it that bit more expensive than premium supermarket icecream but oh.....so worth it!!!! My fave is the licorice and I buy it in 500ml tubs to take home! It even has chunks of licorice in it. It reminds me of my childhood every time I take a bite as I can't find this flavour anywhere!
