Ordered 2 pearl brown sugar fresh milk drinks, the mistake was made and I ended up with 2 drinks without boba pearls, went back and told them that there is no boba pearls in my drinks. The male worker was quite rude to me, going on how I should’ve listened to the order being repeated to me, as the new girl worker didn’t do. Right that instant he and another female worker started speaking in their own language in front of me, not professional at all when customers are standing there being obviously spoken about, they do speak English very well otherwise.
Regardless of all this, customer service comes first no matter what when it comes to looking after the business. (Refer to Australian Consumer Customer Rights)
As I worked with customer consumable rights, let me indicate to you, my knowledge of such service and behaviour is not acceptable at all within Australia.
A word to you young man, make sure that your customers needs are met, if you want to see a long bright future of this business, loose that attitude, speak English in presents of your customers as this is deemed rude! Also think about what makes business survive?
My apologies I can’t reply to Derek’s respond, so I’m doin it on here, I hope you don’t mind.
Hello Derek, Thank you for taking time to read and reply to my review. Let me clarify my issue so we don’t get off the track here, your statement of me mentioned an issue with the language abilities of our staff? No sr, I acknowledged that your new staff member that served me on the day English isn’t her first language and there was no issue of understanding her. I am not sure what’s been stated to you of what took place on the day? You mentioned here that I had an issue with the language abilities of your staff, yes that’s correct as both of your staff members that do speak English very well, and let my make it clear to you I am not including new staff member that took my order. Clearly other two staff members do speak English without any restrictions, just as it happened that they chose to speak in their own language right as I asked for boba pearls which was missing in my drinks, also tone of their voices and vibe in their voice indicated to me an issue, which leaves me to believe that was directed at me. I need to make it clear here, I don’t have a problem with other races and other language being spoken, just in appropriate circumstances to which this was not the case. Being spoken at in a language that customer don’t understand is very awkward, as a matter of a fact, I am definite that other customer being on my spot on this particular day would agree.
Perceived rudeness of your supervisor is understatement, as he happened to be one of the staff members that acted unprofessionally by speaking to the other staff member in a non English language with an attitude.
One more thing, this issue did not occur over no ice in my drinks, my kids asked for no ice to which the other stuff member first replied “sure we can do that for you” (this was not a new staff member) To which supervisor replied “it has to have ice” in this case I asked for less ice, as my kid got sensitivity to overly iced drinks, as I mentioned it to him.
Thank you for taking your time to go through my 2nd review, much...
Read morecame here earlier today to try out this place. Have been eyeing it for a week now. Went in and ordered a lemonade drink with strawberry boba. However had to wait over 10 minutes for my drink only to walk out and straight away be disappointed. They advertised these ades as “cool and refreshing” so I thought why not. STAY AWAY from these options. They are absolutely disgusting, the most artificial extreme sour lemonade I’ve had. Won’t be coming back unless they change their recipes and for now won’t be recommending...
