During the COVID-19 crisis I had to a leave a case behind in Austria - long story. I spoke to several companies who told me all the difficulties because my laptop was in the case - and these other companies didn't seem clear on what my options were. I contacted Pack and Send who were the exact opposite - advising me correctly of the relevant procedures. Within a couple of hours of me transferring the agreed fee (including allowing me to have extra insurance to cover the replacement costs of my contents) they and their agents in Europe had contacted the apartment where my bag was held, arranged pick up and picked it up that same day - Amazing in this troubled time. My bag took a while to come - not surprising given the disruption to travel etc. but I expected it would have taken longer than it did. I was kept informed all the way, receiving almost daily updates. When there were legitimate questions from customs about the contents, Pack and Send helped me respond. I received my bag. An amazing job during troubled times. They were personable, professional, knew what they were doing and kept me informed - great people great job. I highly recommend them to get your goods to you at any time, let alone during these difficult times. Well done...

I chose PACK & SEND to help me ship my personal belongings from my former home in Perth to my new home in the US. I had an exceptional experience working with Adam Miles at the PACK & SEND in West Perth. Since I was already residing in the US, we communicated through email and phone/video calls and he made the process so much easier than I was anticipating. He took care of everything for me: collected my belongings from my flat in Perth, went through all the items and spoke with me about what would not be allowed to be shipped (aerosols, lithium batteries, etc), packed everything that was permitted to ship via air, and took care of compiling the full packing list and preparing customs declaration documents. In all it took only ONE WEEK and my boxes arrived in the US in great shape. I am over the moon impressed with this service, and so thankful I have all my personal belongings back with me on this side of the world....

I can't fault the service I was given last week by Pack and Send, West Perth. I sent a large tin trunk to Norway, filled with Christmas presents. While it wasn't cheap - but then airfreight isn't ever cheap, but especially so at the moment - I received excellent service. Sarah went beyond the necessary to complete the paperwork and to explain their processes. It took exactly a week from the time I lodged the box at the West Perth office for it to be delivered to a home in Fredrikstad, Norway. You can't even get a letter across Australia in that time! I've checked with the recipients and everything arrived in top condition, including the cardboard box made specially by Pack and Send (Toowoomba) to house the tin trunk.
