We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Yefsi at Attika, and it truly couldn't have been more special. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness — we’re pretty sure it was the owner himself who came over to chat with us, which made the experience feel even more personal and memorable.
The restaurant is stunning, full of vibrant colours and beautiful décor that instantly transport you to Greece. The menu is outstanding, and the food? Absolutely divine. Every bite was full of flavour, prepared with such care and finesse — and the attention to detail, especially in the way the dishes were presented and cut to mark our celebration, was so touching. We felt incredibly special and celebrated. Thanks Chef! ♥️
And let’s talk about the baklava... it was truly next level — rich, perfectly sweet, and probably the best we’ve ever had, anywhere. We’re obsessed!
Having just moved to Perth, we’ve been on the lookout for authentic, delicious spots to call our new favourites — and Yefsi has officially made the list. Without a doubt, the most delicious Greek restaurant we’ve been to in Perth. Can’t wait...
Read moreThe staff were fantastic and genuinely kind. The front desk lady was off and mean, however, the chef man and young lady waitress were lovely.
However, we were disappointed with the quality of the not-so-cheap take-home trays. We ordered the Yemista Tray, Souvlaki Skewer Tray, and Pastitsio Tray. For the expensive price ($255), the food unfortunately seemed as though it had been cooked five hours in advance and kept under dry heat. We arrived at our scheduled pickup time, yet the food was not cooked at that time.
The chicken and lamb souvlaki were dry and hard to eat, the chips were soggy, and the cheese layer on the pastitsio didn't exist, all the layers were horrible put together. The Yemista was dry and tasteless.
As someone visiting from Sydney to introduce friends to authentic Greek cuisine, I felt disheartened when several guests commented on the food’s quality. One even said, "it was disgusting." As a Greek, I know how these dishes are meant to taste, and this experience didn’t do justice to that standard.
While it’s a shame, I’m giving two stars because the staff were...
Read moreI reckon this place goes alright. I got a little uber eatsie thing and the souvlaki had chips inside which I had forgotten about but then I was like, oh yeah, souvlaki comes with chips inside and it was a nice reminder that there is some hope and a pleasant surprise now and again in this late stage capital nightmare of a society. Anyway, souvlaki; they are better than a kebab, i don't know why, but they are, they are how I think a kebab should taste, i wish i could get one right now, i probably actually could, no, i checked, it's 155 am, it wouldn't be open. and then i also had this doughnut and it is the best sweet treat that you will ever eat, nuts on the top and a honey dressing and a generous portion too. Thank you Yefsi, if you get this review soon and it is before 2.20 am and you are still open, please let me know and I will head down for the souvlaki, but don't assemble it til i get there because i want to see what you do and maybe try it with a few more chips inside. Thank you...
