Tiara Dessert Cafe — Restaurant in Northbridge

My fiancé and I stay at the same hotel in Northbridge every time we visit Perth and have walked past this cafe so many times. Every time we walk by, it’s always so busy and vibey so this time we decided to give it a go and see what the hype was about! I had never tried a Korean dessert before and was super excited to try the Bingsoo (shaved ice dessert). They told us it was going to be a 40 minute wait which would normally have me waving goodbye but I REALLY wanted it so we sat down and ordered some drinks while we waited. I had the Lychee Ade which is a fizzy Soda drink made with homemade fruit syrup and that was pretty good. My fiancé had a kiwi and mango jam ice blend drink which was amazing and I had drink envy! After about 30 minutes our Mango Cream Cheese Bingsoo finally arrived and holy damn was it worth the wait 😍 A huge serving of creamy but light shaved ice cream covered in a generous amount of fresh mango, cream cheese cubes, whipped cream and mango syrup. This thing was incredible! The serving was big enough to serve 3-4 people but it was so delicious that we ate the whole thing just the two of us! They have lots of other flavours too but I was happy with the mango :) it cost us $24 but it was well worth it. Will definitely be coming back to Tiara again next time...

I came here with my partner and friends yesterday night and I was blown away. I've tried so many dessert cafes in Perth but I think Cafe Tiara is my new favourite cafe! The sweet corn Basque cheesecake was decadent and such a unique flavour its actually become my favourite cheesecake flavour but I'm excited to come back and try other flavours. My partner ordered the strawberry cream cheese bingsu and he said it was probably one of the best bingsu he's ever had. It was so flavourful and the flavours matched really well. The lady that served us (which I later found was the mum) was so sweet and caring 🥺💓 best mum of the year tbh. We'll be back

12/07: we came back, this time me and my bf brought my younger sister along. We tried out the honeybread in matcha. Very airy whipped cream with slightly toasted bread. I loved the honey centre and have a feeling that the Nutella version is gonna be bomb💗 the sweet potato cake and black sesame cake was nice but nothing beats their sweet corn Basque cheesecake hehe. I was very impressed with the food and service. We ordered the Tiramisu, Black Sesame Coffee Cake, Lotus Biscoff Cake, Nutella Honey Bread, Strawberry Croffle, and Lemon Passion Fruit Bingsu.

The cakes were all moist, delicious, and sweet but not overpowering. They were well-balanced, with the perfect ratio of cake to filling. The Nutella Honey Bread complimented with ice-cream was satisfyingly filling and the Nutella made it even better. If you're after a cooling and tart dessert, the Passionfruit Bingsu's milk ice shavings topped with whipped cream does not disappoint. Lastly, the Croffle had a crispy exterior and a soft and chewy interior topped with fresh strawberries, ice-cream, and a strawberry glaze. I would recommend them all.

The service at Tiara Cafe was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and were kind enough to replace our order when there was a mistake on our part. The cafe was clean and crowded with people enjoying their meals.
