Soultrain is so much more than just a gym, it’s truly a community. I absolutely love the training style and the variety of facilities, from the ride classes to the sauna and cold baths, which make recovery just as enjoyable as the workouts. But what really sets Soultrain apart is the people. Erin and the entire team have created an environment where everyone feels welcome, supported, and motivated. The members are like family; we encourage each other, celebrate wins big and small, and push one another to reach our goals. I leave every session feeling stronger, more connected, and inspired. Couldn’t recommend Soultrain enough to anyone looking for more than just a workout; this is a place that lifts both your body and your spirit.

I dropped in for a free weeks trail, and ended up staying for the whole year! The trainers @Soultrain, are next level they actually care about how you train. If you have injuries like I do they’ll modify the exercise to cater and help you build strength in areas you are lacking. Being 40 I’ve trained at a lot of gyms and used to even do F45 for a couple of years. Soultrain is 1000 times better, in every way. If you’re looking to out perform yourself and want to train with great people then this is the place to be. I’d rate it number 1 gym in Sydney!

LOVE Billy’s Relax class as a perfect compliment to any training I’m doing. Like all the classes at Soultrain, it’s well-structured and a must for me now. A combo of breath work and yin yoga that challenges your muscles in all the right ways, followed by guided meditation in their amazing sauna and then heavenly savasana. I go Thursday nights and it’s always a great way to start to wind down my week….and prepare for the weekend!

Soultrain is the simply best gym I have been to. I would wholeheartedly recommend Soultrain to anyone who is looking to become fitter, stronger and take their training to the next level.

Soultrain offers group personal training classes based on four week long programs which incorporate different strength and cardio exercises (focussing on strength) as part of intense 50 minute sessions. However, it is how these classes are run that make Soultrain so great. Here’s why:

Emphasis on Good Attitude/Principles: Soultrain’s culture is one of discipline, focus and growth. You won’t see anyone checking social media during their workouts here. Everyone is committed and focussed purely on their workout during each session, ensuring each exercise is done with the proper form, and pushing themselves beyond what they are capable of. Though sessions are fast and intense, the trainers at Soultrain always ensure that you are performing the exercises with good form; quality over quantity.

Holistic Training: Not only do the trainers select a wide range of exercises (you could do up to 30-40 different exercises per week) to ensure that each muscle group is appropriately targeted, but various strengthening exercises are included, for example, to strengthen the rotator cuffs, or knees. Each session also begins with a comprehensive warmup routine with stretches that encourage mobility and better performance. In fact, this holistic philosophy runs deeper than the programs themselves - Soultrain also offers cardio, breathwork/meditation, ice bath classes as well as swim, run and track clubs. This resonated with me deeply, as I believe a genuine athlete should be strong in a diverse range of areas (strength, cardio, mobility, coordination etc.), with each area empowering our abilities within the others.

Community: The people at Soultrain are extremely encouraging and welcoming - there is no ego here. At the same time, everyone heavily believes in pushing themselves beyond their perceived limits and growing at the edge of our comfort zones. Personally, I feel up to twice as productive at Soultrain compared to my workouts at regular gyms. The community, encouragement of the trainers and amazing culture all make a huge difference. Of course, this is all made possible by the trainers, who live and breathe this philosophy. On top of the usual classes, they are also more than willing to go out of their way and help you with other fitness goals (for example for myself, this was marathon training).

All of the above reasons are what I believe create an amazing culture at Soultrain. Soultrain is a one of a kind fitness community built on solid principles, nurtured by highly competent and dedicated trainers. Don’t think twice about trying...

Soultrain is by far the best gym I've ever experienced and it is top of the list for training facilities in Sydney because:

The trainers are skilled experts who are committed to sharing their knowledge, teaching you perfect technique & assisting you to hit your goals. The gym equipment is top of the line and the space is perfectly planned and superbly executed down to the last millimeter The people who train at the gym are fricken awesome! Everyone is supportive and motivating to one another during a session & everyone is greeted with a friendly hello or a hug when they turn up to train, it's such a good vibe! The programming changes every 4 weeks and is crafted in a way that supports both muscle gain and fat loss. It is dynamic, challenging and offers so much room for growth, where you see real results and can continue to make improvements Training in groups means you push yourself and work waaaaay harder than you would if you were doing solo sessions. Your given your own personal training diary every cycle, where you keep track of your performance & strength goals, which means your constantly tracking your progress The session sizes are big enough to create a great atmosphere & boost moral, but small enough where the trainers can keep a close eye on you. The 8am Saturday morning training sessions are absolutely hectic and it's followed by a meditation and mindfulness practice which is really empowering The trainers happily provide modifications to any exercises if you are injured or have a particular goal Males and Females are separated into two programs which suit their muscular structure and favoured area for gainz aka. Project Shred (for the dudes) and Project Peach (for the ladies)

Very happy I found my soul train family and don't have to keep searching for a gym that has both style...

I have been a member of the Soultrain family for over 3 years, and that is exactly what it is A FAMILY! After joining all sorts of gyms (womens only, PT's, classes, commercial gyms etc) I never found the right one for me. I wanted one which had the personal approach tailored to you (you are not 1 in 10000) with the level of knowledge in nutrition, movement, getting your body to do things it has never done before and overall wellbeing... until I met the trainers at Soultrain - with the perfect mix of Yin and Yang.

I had always suffered from lower back issues which I later found out was because I was never taught how to properly lift and me being me, always wanted to go HEAVY and then would be out of action for months. The focus at Soultrain is learn the basics, and learn them well. Get the right technique and then see where that leads you. The trainers continually impart so much knowledge, are always conscious of you as an individual and where your head is at/ how your body is feeling to help support you on your journey wherever that may be.

Although, the classes are aimed at pushing you physically and mentally (and yes they are HARD), I absolutely LOVE going to the gym now and hate it when i miss a day. Soultrain is @#$@#$#$ tough, it is fun, but most of all it is like a family - you will never find another...
