Employee was one of the worst services I’ve ever had. So incredibly rude. Today I went in with my mum for a cut of beef liver which he cut 800 grams. I said we’d only like a slice maybe 100grams and he said “that’s nothing that’ll be a thin slice” he then went off on a rant saying he cut 800 grams my mum didn’t specify how much she wanted. He was yelling the entire time it was quite embarrassing I had asked him to lower his voice down when talking to me and he used the excuse that his music is loud. So turn it down?? Im the customer I shouldn’t come second to your music. Anyways safe to say we won’t be returning. Don’t know his name but pretty sure he was the taller one out of the 2 boys on today. Purchased Chicken nibbles today. 1kg plum sauce and 1kg herb and garlic. (2kgs for $15. For some reason charged me $15.20 even though I paid cash) besides the point though. Looked amazing in the window. Pulled them out of the bag and smelt disgusting, I cooked them as husband thought they were fine, and they still had a horrid smell. I bought 2 kilos of diced lamb. The meat smelled disgusting.it was totally off. I took it back and talked to the owner but he just said the meat is fine with me and nothing is wrong with it.

I put a complaint at food authority NSW and they are going to test the meat I bought. I hope they can give this unprofessional man a good lesson.
