Sushi Train Sapporo — Restaurant in Sydney

It was my first time to dine at Sushi Train, and the overall experience was great! The sushi is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, and the price-performance ratio is very high, which is suitable for friends to dine together or to have a relaxing meal alone. I would like to especially praise a male waiter with glasses I met today. He is really considerate and professional! Not only does he have a very good service attitude, but he also introduced the dishes to me very carefully. Seeing that I came alone, he also chatted with me enthusiastically for a few words, which made me feel very warm. He always had a smile on his face and was very patient during the service process. I really love eating at this place. Tonight decided it would be nice to order through menulog. Both my partner and I ordered ramen (one mild and one spicy). Both soups were entirely spilt into the bag by the time we received the order. We contacted the restaurant and they were unwilling to take the blame and directed us to contact menulog for a refund and repurchase new meals if we still wanted our order. I understand an unwillingness to take the blame however the soup was just packaged in paper bowls with easily removable lids. Our entire order was in the same bag including our drinks. Maybe don't over fill the bags so packaging doesn't get squashed and use glad wrap on the fluid components (like other restaurants do). Another fine sushi place that is very local and dear to me, I tend to visit often cause the food is delicious, I especially love the Yakitori, it's sweet, moist and always freshly made.

The meals are always top notch, there is so much variety, I was super thrilled when I noticed they are serving squid legs which is in my top 3 favourite things to get from a sushi joint.

The staff are always kind and amazing. If you want fresh, they seem to happily do so. I never have a problem here no matter if I eat in or do take away.

Today was super busy but I still had a wonderful time and I always look forward to visiting again.

If I had to recommend something, for the meals, Chicken Katsu or Curry dishes are my top choices for the train, always the hot side dishes, Tempura Prawn and the seaweed salad boat. Never go wrong with them,...
