I Love Pizza Pyrmont — Local services in Sydney

Tonight I called into your store to order a medium pizza. I wanted a medium Mexicans, no avocado, anchovies INSTEAD. I was advised that the price for a large pizza was $18, Monday to Wednesday. I said that as I live alone a large was too much and that I had ordered here before with no problem. When the order came through, the price was $23 and I queried it. I was told that the deal was for large only. I again advised that I had been here before and that there was no problem. He also said that there was a charge for the anchovies even though they were instead of the avocado. So I said ok give me a large, no anchovy and I will bin what I can’t eat. Then when I go to pay, I find that I am being charged 26 cents for using my debit card. Well other than the fact that I was so hungry I would have cancelled the whole deal. I paid cash and went home. Love their pizzas, but our order on a Tuesday night was over an hour late with no communication from them. I had to phone four times to follow up and got told a) they were just waiting for the delivery person and it would be another 20 mins, then 25 mins later that b) the manager was delivering it themselves and they’d call me straight back to confirm it was on the way (nobody called) then 15 mins later that c) they were re-making it and “sorry, our bad”, then at the hour late mark that d) there was “lots of traffic” (I’m 1km away from the store and they use bikes to deliver). No offer to refund, credit for next time or really any acknowledgment outside of literally being told, “sorry, our bad”.

I understand that sometimes everything falls apart, but the total lack of communication or any interest in trying to make it right means we’ll never order...

These guys in Pyrmont branch doesn't know anything about anything. When I ordered now via their website, the website offered me a free pizza because I had ordered 10 times before when I went to collect my pizza, theguy said where is the token? I said the website offered this already and it could recognise me because I have an account and give me a voicher or offer for a free pozza, the ignorant guy said I still want the tokens. When I asked to call his manager he said I'm the manager. I said goodbye. These guys made me hate pizza not loving it after this incident. Will never ever approach this fake 'I love pizza' thing!
