From my first meeting with the team at Lotus People I could tell this place was something different. I'd had previous interviews at Recruitment agencies only to be left feeling undervalued and like a number. The Lotus People team were warm, interested and showed high regard for the skills I brought to the table. It was obvious from the start that they embodied the companies values.

I was placed in a 7 week temp job within days of my interview, which is what I wanted, at a company that honestly had the best culture I have ever experienced! I was supported by the Lotus People team every step of the way and they were always on hand if I needed them.

On conclusion of my temp position they checked in on me to see how I went and what I wanted to do next. They were very supportive of whatever I decided to do. I've taken a small break to move house but look forward to working with them again on completion.

Shaney was super helpful and understood what I need to know in order to be ready for the interview. She made sure to communicate it effectively and offered extra resources that I could use to ensure I was ready to go for the interview. She made sure to check up on me before and after interview to see how it went and also made sure to reach out to let me know as soon as she heard back from the employer so that I wasn't waiting for weeks for a response. I was looking for a job in the education administration/student services industry, I didn't get the high level job at a University I was applying for but I was still contacted by a staff member at Lotus.
