World’s most impolite staff award goes to these guys! An absolute joke honestly. There is maybe one staff member in there that will give you a smile the rest are just rude. They can’t make the same drink twice to save their lives! I order the exact same drink every time I go to a Starbucks and for some reason this Starbucks just can’t seem to get a single order I place here correct. No better on uber either. If you go up to the staff to tell them they got your drink wrong they act like you’re an inconvenience which i understand it’s frustrating but as a customer I don’t want to feel like I’m an inconvenience for asking for what I PAID for. I go to a lot of different Starbucks as I’m usually travelling around and overall I’ve had a wonderful experience. Up until now I’ve never really had an issue with staff OR if something is wrong my order, it’s usually fixed pretty quickly but this location is horrible! I really love Starbucks so I hate to leave a review like this but we need to do better guys come on the customer service...
Read moreToday was one of the worst experiences I’ve had had at any shop first of all the line was out the door so it took ages to get to the front when I finally reach the front A learner takes my order she was really nice but the lady helping her was very arrogant, I take my order and go to pay with a gift card and it declines as their machine stopped working then I had to go get money out, they make me lineup again when the line is out the door I make my order and than wait for ages to receive it I finally get it and they have made the wrong drink a chai frappe instead of a caramel mocha all they do is pour the drink out and make my drink with the same cup with the other drink still in it. It was very over powering with Carmel as one working put caramel in and left it and another worker put more caramel in it as they didn’t know there was already Carmel, at the end of the day they were very careless and didn’t even say sorry won’t be going...
Read moreWe ordered, and they got my order wrong twice. I ordered the coffee frappacino with espresso added, and they made an iced chocolate. Then they made it in the wrong size and without coffee 🙄 I ended up talking to them about it and the staff didn’t do anything except tell me that it doesn’t have coffee in the coffee frap. Found out it’s optional to add espresso but I didn’t know as other stores always ask. It used to be they would fix your order if it was wrong. It wasn’t just a little bit wrong it was completely wrong the first time. Staff didn’t check the order properly yet they did enter it correctly when we ordered at the counter, or seemed to !. The staff smiled at me while saying that we made the mistake not them. Please train your new staff in customer service it was overall a frustrating experience. The store was also not very clean.
