I know they are kids working part time but would it hurt to welcome a customer with a smile, not to have a speaker in ones ear and actually speak coherently. Oh, and say 'thank you' when a customer has paid rather than stare into a mental abyss?
10 months ago somebody wrote a Google review which stated "We gave this place a go despite the inflated prices of kebabs. $13 for beef n $14 for chicken. Both the kebabs were flavourLESS. VERY PLAIN, even with the sauces, didn't taste edible. Will never be eating here again and would encourage you the same"
So, what has changed in 10 months? They are still pretty flavourless. In fact, the beef tastes of flour. Also, the humous is bland as is the tabbouleh; neither has not citrus kick.
They either have shrunk the size of the wrap or are just poor at wrapping because, as soon as you undo the packaging, the wrap did not meet in the middle and everything fell out.
Here is the kicker. They increased to $13 10 months ago and now it is $15. That is an increase of 15% over the last 10 months. Inflation has never even reached close to that.
In conclusion, the kebab shop upstairs sold a vastly superior product, gave value for money and had great customer service. Adanos? Not the greatest tasting kebab, poor counter service and a complete rip off price / value...
Read moreEvery time we visit Castle Hill, we make a point of stopping by this kebab shop. My partner is Turkish and always enjoys chatting with the owner, who is consistently warm and welcoming.

Over our recent visits, we’ve noticed that some of the younger staff members have not been as inviting when taking orders, which has been a little disappointing. Nonetheless, the snack packs remain excellent, and my partner will continue to visit for the quality of the food.
Overall, this is simply offered as constructive feedback, as we do still appreciate what the...
Read moreI wish I could rate this place 0 stars. The most mediocre kebab I have ever eaten in my entire life. I highly disagree with your steps in constructing said "kebabs". There is an art to making a kebab. There must be a union between its elements; the cheese melted, the bread crispy, the meat hot, complemented with refrigerated tomato, lettuce and/or tabouli - all brought together in a final toast. But no, this union was simply not evident with what I had been given. When I see a kebab I want to pursue it. But this kebab I did not want to pursue. I have waited 48 hours for a kebab. I looked forward to it. Now I wish I had gone elsewhere - in fact, next time I WILL go elsewhere. May pop in for a snack pack every once in a while though, that shi...
