The playground is more suited for older children but still heaps of fun for younger kids to play in the sand and on the swings. #sydneyolympicpark #placestogosydney #toddlers #playground #sandpit #familyfunday

An undulating course through lovely tree lined paths plus running past a beautiful water feature and the Olympic Stadium. Volunteers are abundant and the course is clearly marked. As the last 800m is a loop near the finish it gives a great opportunity for that last burst to get a good time. Bonus at the end - the organisers give runners a Zooper Dooper ice block!!! Nice touch.
