The Reject Shop — Local services in Toowoomba City

Have only in the last month been going to this shop & it’s always a wonderful experience. As a disabled shopper using my wheelie walker, the staff are brilliant! I had a bad day a few weeks ago & felt very unwell & faint.. well a lovely young shop assistant (she had only just started working there) was so empathetic, let me sit at the checkout for quite some time making sure I was ok, did I need to ring anyone, would I like a cold drink etc. And I stayed until I felt confident enough to leave. Another staff member with the blond streaks around her face, is always so welcoming when I walk in , is happy to help with anything & makes me feel valued as a person. I go in about 3 times a week as I’m setting up my new home & not once have I been dissatisfied with anything. The aisles are wide enough that I don’t feel like I’m in other customers way. The shop is always clean & tidy. Rang from 700km away and spoke to a lady called Shae Anne. She was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and assisted with all my needs. This young lady should be held in high esteem by her employers in a world where many don't want to assist, work or provide any level of service. You did extremely well...
