Absolutely rude and entitled staff. Ordered a coffee and waited 10 mins as customers who ordered after me were picking up their coffees. Told the staff that they might have missed my order and showed them the time stamp on my receipt and was again told to wait. Spoke to the manager and he said the same. When the coffee finally arrived I said it was ok to say that they forgot my order and an apology would be appreciated. The manager told me to take my coffee and leave or get my money back and then leave. Disgraceful behaviour by a customer service person. I’ve been travelling all around the world for over 35 years and this is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had. This is what you get when you employ inexperienced people like this to work. Nice lady took my order in German for entcafeniert latte, when I double checked with her as she passed it to me if it was entcafinert she said “decaf” then turned around and asked her colleague to make the decaffeinated latte then turned around and promptly ignored me waving me to the side. Basically she was super rude to me because somehow it was my fault that I made her make a mistake. Anyway, I was speaking perfectly German and she understood me perfectly well so it was not a problem of the language. It’s just that she wasn’t paying attention to her job. Why be rude to a customer when you make a mistake why not just apologize and MoveOn? Anyway her rudeness prompted me to leave a one star rating for their establishment on google. OK it’s an airport but still one latte and one blueberry muffin cost nine...

We arrived at the counter at 930pm they told us they were closed and they close at 10pm. They told us they close at 9m . We had our two small children with us and they wanted to eat so bad. Unfortunately they shut everything down . This would.not happen in the United States . Unfortunately the employees at this location don’t care because it’s not their own place !! Hopefully the owner of this Place will see this review and reconsider the employees that work for them and represent them ! Thu turned away so many customers and the owner of this place should know they are losing so much business just because of the lazy employees. No wonder why they are only working here and not elsewhere . Shame on them and shame to the name of the business. I’m giving one star because there is nothing...
