Cafe Franzl — Restaurant in Gemeinde Schwechat

This a 0-star experience. I just asked them to warm up my sandwich and apparently it was enough to piss them off for some reason. One guy was throwing the sandwich around and then gave it back to me deformed and not warm as it only stayed in the grill for 3 seconds. I politely asked if it could be warmed up longer as 3 seconds are not sufficient and they were unwilling to do that. When I paid I said “you should just know that this is quite impolite”; the answer was “bye bye now”. They should either go bankrupt or reconsider their staff altogether. While the trip in Vienna has amazed with great service, this was probably one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. It was practically self-service, where you got what you wanted in a fridge that seemingly did not work properly. At the cash register the unpleasant cashier did not want to use the existing proper glasses for the drinks, but instead use paper coffee mugs for the sodas, and a too small beer glass for the beer. Disgusting place, with terribly rude and disrespectful barista. I ordered americano and asked to serve it in a glass cup not paper one (I don't drink from paper cups, it's my right). Once I paid he took a paper cup and immediately made the coffee, I thought he was preparing it for someone esle, but he handed it to me. To my surprised look, he sturted mumbling smth in German and then covered all the glass cups with something, so that no one notices they have them as well.
