Deeply disappointed!!!!!!!! Sad, bad, disgusting, terrible, i don't know how else to express this disaster!!! They sold us tickets for an ORCHESTRA and there were only 4 musicians. We tried to explain before the concert that this was not what we bought but they said we would have to wait untill the end to talk, and then they told us they could not give us a refund because we said the musicians played well (yes, fine, i was being polite and could not say the 4 musicians were bad, but this is not what we paid for!!!!). We paid 80€ for two tickets and they gave us one extra for free (that we didn't use), and the person who talked to us said we ONLY PAID THAT so we couldn't complain. They also insisted we should have asked if the orchestra (about 12 musicians) that appeared on the papers they gave us when selling the tickets was actually going to play, because it was our fault that we didn't ask if the show was as it was shown on the picture. THAT'S LYING BY OMISSION, DEAR. I've never thought i would be this disappointed when coming to Vienna because of the fraud and the extremely pathetic customer service. To solve the problem, the girl offered us a bottle of water and a cd (that i can't even hear because i don't own any device that allows cds anymore) and that was it for her. Actually i left to my airbnb TO CRY because this ruined my music experience in Austria. Thank...
Read moreWe went to see the concert on 30 December 2024 at 18:30 - at the Schönborn Palace. We're used to going to concerts and operas in Metropolitan in New York, Prague Castle, Milan Scala, La Bastille, Berlino Staatsopera, Vienna Staatsopera, Verona Arena, Macerata We have never seen a concert in which the performers disrespected the audience in such an exposed, even vulgar way. the music in the programme didn't match the author of the piece. When the pianist wasn't playing, at times when only the violins were playing, he was cleaning his nails! The violinists made jokes among themselves and laughed - in the middle of the concert!!!! The lady, who I believe is the first violinist, was inelegant in front of the audience. I felt like I was in a circus or a pizzeria, not at a concert in a palace, where the purpose was the concert, the place was beautiful, the tickets were high-priced, but the behaviour of the musicians didn't fit in. I'm very sorry! I hope the musicians have access to this text. Leda...

I recently celebrated my birthday at Schönbrun palais, and I am still overwhelmed with emotions from the beautiful surprise orchestrated by the staff and musicians. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.
The surprise they organized was beyond anything I could have imagined. As the musicians began to play, I was moved to tears by their talent and the effort they put into making my birthday special. It was a moment I will cherish forever.
Not only were the musicians incredible, but the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. Their attention to detail and dedication to making me feel special did not go unnoticed.
I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff and musicians. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made my birthday an occasion I will never forget. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a beautiful experience.
