The staff were incredibly professional and helpful, especially at the tables—dealers were friendly, patient, and really added to the overall experience. There’s a great variety of games, and everything felt very well-organized and clean. I appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly everything ran. The lounge area was a nice surprise too. I had a couple of cocktails there while listening to live music—really great vibe, not too loud, and perfect for relaxing between games. I also tried one of the restaurants, and the food was outstanding—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. One thing that stood out was how secure and comfortable I felt throughout the night. It’s definitely a place where you can enjoy yourself without worry. Overall, this is by far one of the best casino experiences I’ve had in Europe. The casino is pretty good. As far as professionalism - the dealers were good and the floors were profesional. The design of the poker room is a bit unclear and the staff isn’t eager to help you get a table. Also, I had to wait for almost an hour to get a seat at a 1/3 table. Lots of action in this season.
