The wethtres was absolutely impolite. First she told us that we are not allowed to sit on a table becaso it was her table. Later on she put another caple to sit on that table. My wife's coffee did not come at all come only the milk for it. When I ask where is the coffee She was really surprised. They have quite nice cakes but they have lack of recpect for client who spending money there. We ordered coffees and cakes and because our kids were having pancakes they couldnt seat with parents they said "it's disrespectful to eat other food". Do you better not take a kids with other food you have to leave kids somewhere else and worry about them I guess. Never again. Travelling all over the world and never treated like that. На 29.09 исках да купя цяла торта Гараш от сладкарницата на бул. Витоша срещу НДК. Млада сервитьорка ни обясни нелюбезно, че няма. Попитах пак с надеждата, че ще попитат за поръчка и за кога ни трябва, но получих още по-гневен отговор, че няма. Аз пак попитах дали не ги зареждат и тогава мъж седящ зад щанда се включи и каза, че торта ще има до 10 мин или до 4 часа, но не попита за поръчка. Така не се прави търговия, каква е тази сърдита сервитьорка и хора незаинтересовани да има оборот!?? Защо сте толкова гневни, когато някой иска да ви купи продуктите!?? Отидох при конкуренцията и си реших проблема. Някой обучава ли изобщо персонала и те знаят ли защо седят в сладкарница Неделя! От личет опит го казвам, "за да изгонят клиентите"! Жалко сладкарница Неделя, освен високи цени имате и високо необразован и нелюбезен персонал в сладкарницата на НДК! Никога повече няма да потърся вашите сладкиши!...
