Park Center — Local services in Sofia City

But I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Capella place (the restaurant into the kids playground), and I must say, it was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the entire dining experience left much to be desired. The food itself was a major letdown. The dishes arrived cold and lacked any semblance of flavor or quality. The ingredients seemed cheap and poorly sourced. It was clear that no effort was put into the presentation or taste of the dishes. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone. The poor service, tasteless food, and exorbitant prices make it a place to avoid. I have been happy with the mall for years till now. Pay attention when paying for parking. Do NOT use their machines for payment, but pay on the exit to the at the gate.

I find 5 lv for two hours in this Mall is somewhat bearable, but that's nothing compared to the "penalty" fees. When the machine do not return your ticket you cannot just show the receipt and go but the rude guys at the Gate tell you to go back and search for the ticket you've got when entering, or pay a 10 lv fee.

After some more discussions, while other drivers waited after me, they told me the fee is now 20 lv so i paid as i had no time to argue with them and frankly no intent to wait for the fee to rise again. So all in all 25 lv for two hours and this rude people not wanting to let you leave, even though you paid and show them a receipt.

Внимавайте когато посещавате и не плащайте на автомата, защото ако ви глътне билетчето, не ви дават да излезете, ами цената се качва от 10 на 20 лв (по тяхно усмотрение) и ви казват безпардонно да се връщате и да търсите билетче, нищо, че имате бележка за плащане с дата и час. Използват това, че бързаш и те чакат 20 човека за да те щавят като позната порода пиле. Липсват ми епитети за да опиша тези служители и в този мол няма да стъпя повече, нищо че съм бил клиент години и съм им оставил...

Park center it’s a good choice during the summer time, since it have a nice park near of NDK and the Cache, where you can get a really nice cocktail 🍹 or dance during the night time.

There are some food options, KFC, 1 asiatic food, 1 Bulgarian traditional food, a pizza place and 2 or 3 more options I don’t recall.

You have a nice gym on the top of it, however in terms of shopping it’s really low good choices stores actually.
