I have nothing but gratitude for finding Revy Renos. They started with residing my house last fall and then finished with updating my kitchen. The work they did looks great, but more importantly the work has been quality. I was offered options that would the improve on what was being done (airflow for siding in moist areas, recommendations for future plumbing work, style suggestions). They have an aesthetic that I really appreciated, and they were efficient. I had complete trust in their suggestions and I felt that they really cared about doing the best job. When a concern came up they were responsive and more than reasonable. They always treated me with respect and patience, and their team was always kind and thoughtful. I was super impressed with the contractors they brought in, each of these folks were equally respectful, capable and knowledgeable. Their billing system has set a whole new standard for me. Their invoices detail day-by-day who worked, for how long, the rate of pay and what work was done. They also include scans of all the receipts for materials. Total transparency. They were on budget and I was billed throughout the process which was really helpful for my piece of mind and managing my own finances. I was happy to pay my invoices because I felt like I was getting great value for my hard-earned dollars. This was such a positive experience for me. From first consultation and planning to project completion, we appreciated having a positive and collaborative relationship with Revy Renos. Every single crew member was friendly and polite throughout the entire renovation process, not only with us, but with each other. A really good vibe! The crew put in whatever extra time and effort necessary to make sure that all substructure work was solid, square and level first, so that later on, cabinets, fixtures and such all fit properly and look excellent. The guys at Revy Renos were my saviours when a major renovation project went bad and they came in last minute on the finishing phase to help with the last stretch - two bathrooms, correction of issues, installation and making of cabinets, customizing and installing countertops and shelfs, floor junctions, quite some tiling and woodworking, stairs and decks, some framing... all done with extreme attention to detail, creatively working together and awesome craftsmanship!
