I can only say great things about Trans-Canada fitness, especially regarding their efforts to keep a gym running safely throughout Covid. I have had one on one sessions with Neil to develop pre-operative workouts and they have proven to be well targeted, engaging and based on years of knowledge and experience. Beyond that the staff also ensure people know how to use the machines, helping with any usage misconceptions and posture issues that could lead to injury. The staff are also very friendly and constantly circulating with cleaning products to sanitize equipment in addition to the user sanitation requirements. It is clear this business cares about keeping their customers healthy and safe on all fronts. They are consistently updating their equipment and provide a clean and safe environment for all.
