Rachael was amazing!! This was my first time getting a permanent bracelet and I had an amazing experience. She walked me through all the different types of bracelets and charms that she had. She had me pick a few of my favorites and helped me choose the one that I loved based on my job and preferences. What was most impressive is that she is a goldsmith by trade for 15+ years and she was the 3rd person in all of Canada to do permanent bracelets (which explains the amazing work that she does)! She is very thorough and knowledgeable! I'm really thankful that I did this with her - will fly back to Calgary to get another one...

My best friend and I went to see Rachel almost three years ago for her Heartstrings service — it was the best gift both of us have ever shared. The durability of these beautiful bracelets (not to mention the extensive selection provided) are to be noted when choosing Laughing Sparrow. If my bracelet has ever needed adjusting, she is quick to get me in and out feeling brand new. She is an extremely knowledgeable goldsmith here in Calgary with a talent that warms our hearts every time we look at our wrists… Thank you Laughing Sparrow! Could not recommend this...

So happy we decided to come here for our heartstring bracelets - the service was great from Rachael. There were so many different styles of chains, and the quality and fine detail of the weld is much better than I've seen from other companies offering 'permanent bracelets'.

I also bought some earrings while I was there and they are super comfortable and great quality metals.
