I gave it 1 star because of an employee there , A brown man I think his name is Bob I went to buy some tool that employee tried to rip me off by stating high price . I walked in there and thank God he wasn't there when I walked in There were 2 Asian guys working . I asked them if I could offer on an item he said absolutely yes, he than called the owner and he agreed to the price I wanted to pay . Just then the other employee (Bob) walked in to his dismay he realized I gotten a discount he looked confused. Very good pawn shop to buy from as long as it's not from A brown (Bob) guy working there! Alot of people think they are getting a deal from Bob think again . I saved 500$ when they called the owner afterall pawn shops suppose to be a place where you can get a deal not a place where Bob can think of himself and his commission. That's how you lose 1...

Bought my son a nintendo switch for his birthday here. Didn't think to test it out after buying and it was a few weeks before I gave it to him. After I had given it to him it worked until it died then we couldn't get it to charge. Called the store and the first people I spoke with had said basically there was nothing they could do but I could bring it in and the tech guy would take a look at it.
