WINGSTOP GUELPH — Restaurant in Guelph

Hey so heard a bunch about wing stop and wanted to try and went there today for the first time, i ordered 6 classic wings with 4 as bbq and 2 as honey garlic, i got my order for take out and when i arrived home i opened it and to my surprise there were 8 wings! i was shocked and had 4 flavours and another 4 flavours as excited i could be i popped one in my mouth and shortly after (3 seconds) i felt a tingling sensation in my mouth, and in no time i felt steam shoot out my ears and a train horn sound, holy moly this is not what i ordered i thought to myself as i run to the sink, i soon relized this isn’t what was ordered i asked myself when did i ever ask for hot burning coals for food i run bake to my food and once again saw molten hot lava staring me in the face, the other flavour was not even an option for me but when i licked it all i tasted was the malabar coast of south india battle with my taste buds, obviously i am not an avid spice haver but they had definitely served me the ATOMIC FLAVOUR TO MAKE YOUR UVULA RECIDE, and the lemon cracked pepper was dry then the sahara, anyways probably not going to ever go back cause me personally im not a fan of torture :) service was alright. anyways, keep it...

Went today with my kids to try something new. Was very disappointed with how pushy the staff were here. My daughter and l had gone in separately, as she had decided after we left to buy food to take home for her dad. We were both asked to leave a "good review" and that if we did we would receive a "FREE Brownie" essentially bribing us.

We did not feel comfortable leaving a good review when we had not even tried the product yet and also felt extremely pressured as my daughter alone was asked THREE times by two different staff members! we both declined.

Very unprofessional tactics to be honest. Quite frankly the food was not great either. I wish l had more positive feedback for this store, and perhaps they are not all the same but this location needs to train their employees in proper customer service and etiquette. Lastly we asked for an extra ranch and instead of just giving ut to us as most places do we we charged an additional $2. Support local but try another place...

I attended last night, or attempted to attend with my daughter. We looked at the menu before arriving, and decided on the game day deal. I walked in, I was not greeted, and I went to order it. Immediately she told me it’s only available online.(There is a sign for it outside and unless you read the fine print you’d think it’s available and advertised) I looked for an equivalent deal in store, and there was none. We decided to not leave, and to just order the family deal which was more money and less food. I walked back up, we placed our order, and to my surprise, they don’t accept cash. I am not sure why this establishment isn’t just a drive-through window if they want people placing orders online for a better deal, and don’t accept cash?
