We had such a wonderful experience at The Parlour Ice Cream in Kelowna! All of the ice creams are handcrafted in-house with absolutely no chemicals or additives, and you can really taste the difference in every bite. Each flavor feels unique and carefully made, truly a bespoke ice cream experience. Even the waffle cones, syrups, and toppings are freshly made on site, which makes it stand out from anywhere else we’ve tried.

The owner, Omar, is amazing—he personally took the time to chat with our family about his ice cream shop, his vision to grow into other markets, and most importantly, his passion for creating the very best ice cream. His enthusiasm is contagious, and it’s clear how much pride he takes in his craft.

On top of that, Omar and his staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and courteous, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Between the warm hospitality and the incredible quality of the ice cream, this place is a gem in Kelowna.

We are from Vancouver and everyone around us says Parlour is a must-visit in Kelowna, so we had to stop by their new location. We went around 3 pm and surprisingly there were no lineups, we were the only ones there. Omar was super friendly and welcoming. I tried lavender and cookies & cream, and both were fantastic. The lavender especially stood out, it’s the perfect dessert after a heavier meal because it’s refreshing yet indulgent at the same time.
