I had the most disappointing experience at this place, and I strongly advise you to save your money and avoid it at all costs! I recently visited during their so-called "3.99 promo" for the classic milk tea with grass jelly, thinking it could be a great deal. Little did I know, this promo has more restrictions than a maximum-security prison!

First of all, they advertise it as a limited promotion, which is fine, but they conveniently need to mention that you have absolutely zero flexibility with your order. I wanted to make a simple modification to my drink by asking for less ice, However, the guy at the store went ballistic on me!

He rudely yelled that all promo offers are fixed and can't be altered in any way, even something as basic as less ice. It's not like I was asking for anything extravagant or expensive. All I wanted was a simple modification to my drink, but that's too much to ask for in this place. They are in a MAKE-TO-ORDER BUSINESS, they should be prepared to accommodate basic requests from their paying customers. Isn't that what good business is about?

The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'll never be returning to this place again. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to accommodate even the simplest requests shows that they don't value their patrons. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers and strive to provide a...

The 2 stars is for the quality of the drinks, good drink but the experience is a little mind boggling. This is our first time trying this place out, it is in Unionville, and we try all different drinks places. The choices were interesting, but the experience is even more interesting. We placed our order, 1 Grape Yogurt with Jelly and 1 Mango Yogurt with Jelly. The girl rang us in and we paid by credit. While we were waiting for the drink, we saw the girl looking in the garbage for the receipt we didn't want, and gave it to a gentleman inside. The guy then came to us and say his staff made an error in the base price and if we could give him $1.60. This is where he either lose the marketing opportunity and end up getting a bad review like now, or get a good review by jumping on the opportunity. I cannot believe he asked us back for $1.60 for something his staff made an error on. In one way, I thought the staff was so embarrased, 2nd was if he was a boss, it looks so stingy. We did pay it ofcourse, but as a first try to see if we will return, I doubt I will return. What they could have done was explained that it was a mistake and will let it go this time, or they could offer something else and make more sale and ask us to add the $1.60. Foolish business, their method definitely degraded...

The first time I ever tried this place was back in Feb 2023 (which was my best experience, it was a guy who serviced me). The next few times I went, the service was terrible. There is a female staff that works there that served me twice now and both times I've had bad attitude from her. The first time I came, the male gentleman made an awesome drink that included white pearl balls with the drink (never asked for it, came with the drink). Came back another time, I asked for the same drink with the girl serving this time and it did not come with the small pearl balls that I loved. When I asked she made the most "what the F are you talking about face to me" before saying no this drink never included that. Fast forward today, I am served with the same girl and upon asking her to not put a topping that usually comes with my drink, she again made the same rude face. I can hear Canto but don't speak it often. She basically said "what is she (referring to me) even asking about" to another staff, made a face and another lady came to speak to me in English. Overall, this girl staff is terrible and because of her, I will not come back. Drinks are good, just terrible...
